We have new Vbulletin forum being designed and we need a Vbulletin expert to replicate a layout for us. The current version we are using is Vbulletin 5 and the layout we are trying to replicate is version 4.1.8. We need a Vbulletin forum replicated exactly except for colors and logo images. Someone already started working on it and has completed about 80% but has left it incomplete so we need reliable expert immediately to finish job as quickly as possible within 48 hours. Budget is $75.00 max. Only serious bidders and Vbulletin forum experts please.
