This is a childrens book based on the Peak Mouse and his family. It is a book that discourages the eating of shark fin soup. Chu and his family visit a restaurant and are horrified to see shark fin soup on the menu. They talk about how shark fins are obtained and the cruel way the sharks are left to die. They leave the restaurant and think about how it could have been "mouse ear soup" on the menu. They vow never to eat at that type of restaurant again.
The book is designed to educate children about the cruelty involved to satify a few selfish eaters.
The illustrator will need to draw the characters the same as the family of Cho the Peak mouse which can be seen on you tube or by googling the name "The Peak Mouse
