I have a client project and would like some assistance. The person awarded this project if they do a really good job will likely have future business as I stay very busy and have other projects I could use some help on. This is a very significant client as you will see if awarded the project.
What I need is some help with the SMO (Social Media Optimization)of the site in social networking sites, blogs and the like. The SMO will include some videos for sites such as youtube and google video. If you are a sports afficiando that is an extra plus. This is an urgent task that needs to be implemented immediately as time is of the essence.
To begin with let me know what type of experience you have in this area and what type of strategy you might employ to get a site spread out as quickly as possible onto the net in an instance where what we are marketing is related to a major upcoming social event that will be advertised widely across the US. Remember also that we are looking for as much immediate site traffic as possible so include in your pitch how you would go about marketing this site in a way so as to get as much traffic response to the site as possible. The more immediate traffic that can be achieved from the project the better in terms of pleasing the client and thus me and thus you.
Understand this- This site has a high PR and is a heavy in the industry it serves. I am not looking for link building campaigns or general SEO work, I am looking for immediate exposure and traffic from social networking sites and immediate PR on blogs and the like. Anyone that includes mention in their pitch of basic SEO or backlinking will be assumed to not be paying attention and will have their bid virtually ignored. If I like what I hear from you then I will PM you with information on the client and the site and we will discuss the project from that venue. If I do not respond then likely you either did not follow the directions in this message or your pitch was not quite what I was/am looking for or someone else provided a stronger presentation.
