Need a Simple & Powerful Long-Tail Keyword Generation Tool

This project should be VERY easy for freelancers which have already made similar such pieces of software. I have a piece of software written in VB.net and want this extra tool to be integrated into it. Basically all I want is a tool that can find a lot of GOOD and RELEVANT long-tail keywords for a seed keyword I put in. For example, if I put in the keyword "Yeast Infection", I want the tool to come up with A LOT (AT LEAST 1000, preferably more than 3000) of relevant suggestions such as "Symptoms of a yeast infection", "yeast infection treatment", "Candida", "How to cure a yeast infection" etc... Not things like "Yeast Infection Memphis" or "Yeast infection radio" MOST IMPORTANTLY: *****I NEED THIS TOOL TO GIVE ME THE KIND OF KEYWORDS THAT ARE ACTUALLY SEARCHED***** and *****I NEED A VERY LONG AND COMPREHENSIVE LIST OF SUCH KEYWORDS***** If you have made such a tool, this should be a simple thing for you to create for me and give me the source code so I can integrate it into my program. Interrested freelancers, if you already have such a program, could you, in your reply to me, send me through text files with the results your program gives for keywords such as: "Yeast infection", "mp3 player" "pregnancy", "facelift" - so I can see the kind of results your program can come up with and be sure I would want to pay for that program. Also, just to prove to me you have read this entire message, include in your reply to me the words "I got it" so I know you have read this... I will only consider providers who include this in their reply so I know you have truly read the entire posting. I expect this program to cost me about $50 for the source code and a working prototype (I don't care how it looks, so long as it works well!) Thanks!
