Hi, I need a virtual assistant that is an expert with Google applications such as Gmail (and all its functions) and Google Drive. You need to be an expert at each of these, so please do not apply if you are not and are going to learn on the job. Tasks to be completed include:
Gmail
1. Add 4 email accounts (1 Gmail, 1 Hotmail, 2 business) to the Gmail interface so that I have all 4 inboxes within Gmail. I tried to do this but all my email from my Hotmail account came over as new emails, which was frustrating.
2. Organize my inbox so that it is tidy. I know there is an archive function which I'm not sure how it works - there are not too many emails here, maybe around 100. Feel free to add any features that you think I should have that would make my life easier (be prepared to coach me on how to use these)
3. Changing the email attached to my current Drive account
4. Importing all my existing contacts from previous email folders (not too many)
5. Add Gmail (all 4 email accounts) to my iPhone and iPad
Other tasks:
6. Pairing Printer and talking me through how to scan on a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M52ldw
7. Seeing availability for birthday dinner with restaurants
8. Online shopping research of products (4 products total)
9. Researching best app or other device that I should use to store my business cards in the cloud.
10. Set up my itunes account.
11. Talk me through how to download free songs using bit torrent or similar sites.
I will need you to have Team Viewer so you can jump on my computer at any time to help out with a few things as well.
While I only require you for these set tasks (mainly as a trial), I am interested to hire someone more permanently for such tasks going forward (either part time or full time) depending on your skills and work ethic.
I am looking for a hard working VA that is skilled in all areas and that can work with speed and efficiency.

2. Your skype details
3. What the time difference is between you and Sydney, Australia (please research if you don't know)
4. Your fixed price rate to complete the above tasks AND your hourly charge out rate (for tasks going forward if I choose to engage you on a more permanent basis.
