Virtual Assistant for Recruitment Assistance

I require a virtual assistant to support with sourcing and managing potential candidates for various positions in my company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: The assistant must be able to research and identify potential candidates, using various platforms.
- Managing Candidates: Keeping track of candidates, maintaining communication, and scheduling interviews.
- Interview Assistance: The assistant might be required to support during the interview process, such as conducting initial screenings.
The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in recruitment or HR and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must. The project has no strict deadline, but prompt and efficient work is required.
