I am a native Danish woman, who just started up my own VA business, and I would love to work with you, hopefully for a longtime relationship.
I am a certified trained office assistant, with HR/Customer Service as my specialty, and have worked with customer service education, translation, proofreading, customer support/ administrator and moderator for several online groups, and many other tasks (English - Danish), for several companies, and always to the full satisfaction of my employers (see the attached file from my latest employer)
I have been teaching in customer service for many companies, and have had my own hotels, where I have teached my staff to provide the best customer service for our guests, so our customers always felt that they were the most important people in the world - so yes, I can do your customer service for you
I have been an online administrator/moderator for a Facebook/Telegram/WhatsApp community, for a UK/Scottish company for 2 years now, with great success (I can send recommendations) - amongst many other tasks
I have, as a former Project Manager (tourism) for many years, a very high work grade of organizational skills, a very good work ethic and know that deadlines and taking an extra step for the team are necessary to make things happen.
As a VA, I am very self-motivated and I am ready to start immediately
