Monthly job for 4 times a month need quick video editing.

Adobe premiere or FCP editors. will provide graphics and will provide footage to cut need quick editing for my trap and Edm mixes. my budget is $20 per song - 3 to 4 min song 1 - will provide graphics to use as back drop. 2 - will provide footage that will need to be editing on top of back drop by simply creating a mask. 3 - in some cases will only provide footage to edit as well.. Shouldn't take more than 4 hrs! $5 per hr! don't waste your time if you think budget is too low.. thank you.
