We need to outsource our video editing with a quick turnaround and high volume. Currently looking to increase the quality of our videos for real estate marketing. Our company provides real estate agents with HDR photography, aerial video and architectural modeling. I am one of the co-founders and our goal is to become THE STANDARD in real estate videos. We need someone that can take our raw footage and produce extremely high quality real estate videos within 48 hours from the time the footage is uploaded to dropbox. Our company is in 3 locations including Colorado Springs, Denver and St. Louis and we need to expand. In order to do so our video quality simply must come up. We provide the footage - you apply the creativity and together we'll make beautiful videos that make agents who don't use us jealous!
We prefer that you use Final Cut Pro as it's got several features we currently use (M-Callouts) however if Adobe Premiere can create the quality we need, I don't mind switching.
We will need branding and logo animations as well as motion based text animations added to our videos highlighting the various features of these properties. Our videos also feature timelapses, hyperlapses, speed up/slow down.
In a nutshell we're looking for an innovative video editor who can push our cinematography to another level.
