Multilevel Conveyor

Hi, we need a prototype of a belt conveyor which has the following parameters: 1) length 10m 2) width 0.9m 3) total 5 conveyors on top of each other 4) number of conveyor is changeable, e.g. 4 or 5 (we might need to remove one) 5) the conveyor should be made using aluminum profiles. 6) the conveyor is horizontal , however there must be an option to make a small angle along the length or along the width. 7) the conveyor must be water proof as it will work outside under the rain. 8) the conveyor width is a belt width, so the belt edge is a conveyor edge. This is required for water to go out of the conveyor freely if it has angle along the width. 9) the height of one conveyor is about 5cm 10) distance between the conveyors is 30cm, but must have an option to change it. 11) every conveyors has 2 motors : one is the main and the other is standby. This is to avoid interruptions in case if one motor goes down. (another option is to have total 2 motors for all conveyors, please provide design ideas) 12) the motor speed is slow, e.g. 1m/min. 13) the motors should be located on one side of the conveyor to reduce the total width. 14) The maximum load per 1m length is 150kg. 15) Belt is Sidewall Conveyor belt as attached image 16) the high of the belt is 10cm At first we will need a 3D design, then estimation cost to build such conveyor, and after that prototype construction. We need a multiple flexibility options for this prototype (e.g. distance between layers [10], angle [6] ... ), so we could adjust it easily if needed before we can fix these parameters for mass production. The cost of the project has to be provided by you based on the prototype and design cost.
