Hi,
I'm lookig for a person who will make a model of unique bildings of a city f.e. City hall, main street station, school etc
Necessery information about the models:
1. texture resolution: 2048x2048
2. texture file formats:
SpecularMap – tga + pdf source
all others – png + pdf source
3. 3d model file format: is preferred lxo, can also be fbx or obj with mtl
4. the model need to be with a 1 LOD mesh
Polycount: game ready, 0 LOD - below 50k poly, 1 LOD – as less as possible
1. DiffuseMap,
2. SpecularMap (optional, only if there are elements of specular RGB - color, A - roughness),
3. EmissiveMap (optional, only if the building contains windows, the resolution can be about half the size of DiffuseMapy)
4. ReflectionMap (optional, only if the building contains windows, the resolution can be about half the size of DiffuseMapy), the texture is read from the channel G - RB has to be clean.
5. Normalmap (optional).
6. GlossinessMap
There will be around 30 unique buildings todo
