3D Animation Rhinoplasty Surgery

We are looking to create a series of short movies supported by animations demonstrating different aspects of rhinoplasty surgery.
50% of footage will display the surgeon talking about the surgery and the other 50% of the footage will display the animation.
We will start with Rhinoplasty and then move to other body part surgeries.
Phase I : build a model of the nose
Phase II: generate 25 still images using the model.
Phase III (introduction): 3 minutes (80 seconds of animation) similar to the attached file.
Phase IV: 6 short movies of 2 minutes (1-minute animation) each dedicated to specific rhinoplasty technique
Phase V: Neck Surgery followed by other facial parts
