Create animation of 5 individual photos turning into a banner

This is a simple project. The total run-time of this animation should be no longer than 5-6 seconds. I have 5 individual photos of dogs (I have attached 2 to this project -- there are 3 more.) Each photo has a dog holding a word, and when you string the 5 photos together, the photos create a sentence: (Mom,) (I want) ([name]) (to join) (our pack).
The animation I want is difficult to explain in words, so please try your best to visualize this.
First, i want you to imagine the ending shot. The ending shot will have the 5 photos side-by-side, combining to read the sentence above. Keep that imagine in your head. I will refer to it as "ending shot."
The animation will start with just the first picture: ("Mom.") The picture will fit the screen. Since I would like you to do this in 1280x720 widescreen, and the photo is a 4x6 portrait, i understand the limitations. Please leave the background black. Next, that photo will retreat to the location it will be in the ending shot.
Then, the next picture: ("I want") will fill up the screen. At this point, you can still see the "Mom" in the background, because it is located where it would be for the ending shot. Then, "I want" will retreat to the location it will be in the ending shot.
This will continue until the 5th photo. The animation will culminate with the 5th photo retreating to its ending position, so that we can read the whole sentence.
So that you have an idea, I am syncing this with sounds of a camera shutter. Each time a new picture comes in, the camera will go "click." If possible, please be creative and add a quick white flash whenever you put up a new picture.
I need to put this in a video that has a 1280x720 resolution with 59.94 fps. I am editing on Adobe Premiere CS6. The other videos I am using are .mp4, but as long as Premiere can read the animation, I don't care what format it's in.
