Web Applications QA Automatic testing service and procedure

We want a QA testing plan proposal and execution for a web application, we want the testing to be as automatic as possible (using a testing tool, maybe in visual studio) so we can execute it by ourselves it each time we make an important change to the applications. We should authorize the testing plan, the format of the presentation of the results and the testing tool. We want the freelance to study our application (40 pages, with a total of 340 fields, 80 buttons), propose a testing plan that we authorize, execute the test for the first time and deliver relevant errors and problems presented in a friendly format. After that we want the freelancers to give us the testing scripts so we can run this test again each time we make an important update in the application. We have a productive web invoicing application (in Spanish) with about 20 users but growing. We have invested about 2000 hours developing the application, but we have make been testing only for about 100 hours (manual). So it is very common to have clients finding bugs or errors. We want to minimize the possibility of having our customers finding bugs. We want the testing to have a relevance similar to the one you would get from testing manually for about 4000 hours. Technology: SQL 2005, VisualStudio 2008 and Telerik Elements Requirements: The bidders should prove experience recent web application automatic testing planning and execution experience. The bidders should have excellent English or Spanish communication skills The bidder should have ASPX experience with VB9 language The bidder should have availability for being hired by the hour for making future modifications to the testing scripts Deadline: Results should be given in 5 days or less (from the winning of the project)
