We have java springboot app deployed on Kubernetes/Docker. but Oracle DB is on EC2, which create issue of performance in query to DB as its vertical scalable... Its 90% read operation and 10% write operation Need to do Oracle DB query handling by indexing, stored procedure and also by scalability (maybe using kubernetes/docker)

Hello I am an experienced oracle DBA with many years experience in building and supporting oracle DBs for business critical applications. In this time I have successfully performance tuned many sql queries and applications. My proposal for this work is to start by reviewing the most common / slowest sql queries alone. I will then attempt to make these run faster by either rewriting the sql, creating appropriate indexes and / or by creating views or materialised views where the data is required to be aggregated. I will also review and suggest changes to the oracle DB parameters and / or the OS to opitimise read operations. The price I am quoting only includes work within the oracle DB and not re-platforming or re-architecting the entire application.
