Modify Script

I am running the following query and it is running fine. This query loads data into AuditInfo table from previous day. Now if I run this query three times it will load data three times in the table. The way I want to run the query, is to delete previous day data if any first from Auditinfo table then load the data. In other words, if I run the query 2 times, so when I run the query 2nd time it will delete the records which was inserted first time for previous day and then insert the data. In other words for several run of this query for the day it will not insert the same records.
