I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using .NET or PHP. I would like to make for me an application like a robot. I want to have 5 boxes where I will paste one url in every box, 5 boxes (one from every url) where I will put how many seconds I want to delay before the next url running. And finally I want to make this app restart to my router (Visit the url of my router and press the button restart router). Also I want a box to input every time how many loops of this action I want this app to do. In conclusion i need an application to open my browser, visit 5 urls, restart router and loop this for some times. Thanks in advance.

I will try to do it as fast as possible. The only problem is your router's web page that includes it's own, unique elements. Therefore, I will need you to find required HTML elements (login boxes, login button, restart button) via clicking "look for element's code" and screenshotting it. This is my first commercial project, so I won't take a lot of money and I'll do my best.
