Milestones
1. Display Changes - update chart graphics (grid lines, scale, overlays, etc) - 6 changes
2. Printer Scale Resolution - update the pixel scaling for printed output of chart - 1 changes
3. Screen Redraw - Redraw the graph on display option changes - 1 changes
4. Correct broken functionality - add legend to printed output (was working) - 2 changes
5. Fix the plot header on horizontal log plot. Was working and bock ...1 change
