Matlab Polar Data plotting and processing using a GUI

Hey, im looking for a freelancer who is familiar with matlab and gui development in matlab. the program needs a data entry section (a table) where polar data (length and angle), ident. number, measurement and parameterset1/2 is entered. (parameterset1/2 are optional) it has to be possible to paste data copied from excel in the data entry section. the data has to be grouped according to ident. number, measurement and parameterset1/2. the grouped data has to be ploted (polar diagram, example see attachment) and additional values need to be calculated and displayed. there should be the possibility to zoom and pan the plot. It also shoud be possible to select and deselect the grouped data to plot. (one color per group/id) in the end it has to generate an excel report (matlab report). The Data and the Plot do not fit! The row-number of the data should be shown next to the point in the plot. resulting vector is the center of the four points in the example picture.
