Materialized view create ( immediate)

I need you to help me in creating a materialized view. The requirement is “ we are trying to connect to Other DB in this case which is called as NAR DB, from where we are trying to get the records which are updated from a table on daily basis to our DB. Here the source table for materialized view would be NAR DB and destination table would be our current DB. Please help on the same.
