It has to be stable, with functional capabilities for content creators and reporting aspects that contains metrics for each creator. Hosting will be part of this so consideration of bandwidth, storage and speeds are a must consideration.
The site will be global so there will need to have translation set up for the major browsers - Google, Chrome, Edge, Mozilla/Firefox, Safari.
