Project is to incorporate an existing open source document uploader script that will go on an HTML website. Uploader will browse to location to upload document. When upload is successful, user will receive a success message. When upload fails user receives error message. Formats recognized: doc, docx, ppt, odt, sxw, rtf, pdf, xls, wcw, txt, pages, png, jpg, tiff, bmp.
Modification: when document is uploaded, an email will be sent to website owner with the document attached. Formats recognized: doc, docx, ppt, odt, sxw, rtf, pdf, xls, wcw, txt, pages, png, jpg, tiff, bmp.
Milestone payments only: 25% upon acceptance design and functionality, 25% upon installation and testing, 25% upon acceptance by end user, 25% upon completion of final revisions and delivery of all files.
Provisions to terminate: If you have not delivered acceptable work product within the agreed upon timeline, buyer reserves the right to terminate project without obligation and assign to another contractor.
