Tab 37 Message format to KML (Google Earth) Converter

Create a Google Earth KML that when imported into Google Earth, The KML will pull from an ip address and port number (Network Link KML). Data that will come into Google Earth needs to be converted from a TAB37 format and display in Google Earth with automatic updates every 5min. Data to be displayed should include latitude and longitude and description tags this should display in a balloon format when clicked on inside Google Earth.
