3d walkthrough of a 3 storey House is required. Total floor area 650sq metres. Walkthrough should include all windows, doors, floors and wall finishes, stairs, balcony, Kitchen items, basic Bedroom furniture and lounge furniture, Garden views from windows. BIM-X would be preferred but will accept any 3d animation software to create and view file. DWG file of building and garden will be emailed to serious bidders. May need to work further on design once initial project completed.
