Download Excel Files Using PhantomJS and Python and Import into Azure SQL

High Level Overview: I have several files that need to be downloaded from 4 different websites. After these files are downloaded they will need to be transformed and loaded into a SQL database hosted on Azure. Details / Requirements: - All 4 of the sites have user names and passwords and you will need to login to them - Some of the files will be in XLS format and other files will be in CSV - I have an M-Script to describe the transformation that's needed before loading the files - Importing into the SQL database: - a new SQL Database will be setup on Azure - some of the files will require tables to be overwritten with new data - other files will be appended to an existing table (where the current date will be included as an extra column) - The process must be fully automated and should be scheduled to run once a week on a wednesday morning - The extraction must be done with python and a headerless / browserless solution such as PhantomJS or equivalent - The solution must be fully contained in Azure
