Write some Software

We need something that looks like a "translate as you go" program for scientific readings. Attached you'll find a chapter out of medical school textbook. Basically I'm just looking for a prototype with this document as the template and as you right click over a medical term that you might not know, you have the option of "more info" and a window will pop up and give you a definition, images, and links for further information. I only need a proof of concept prototype, so it only needs to work for this document. I can provide all the definitions, images, and links that will appear in the pop up. I will also provide which words in the document need defining. Please let me know if you can get this done within 24 hrs.
