Wordpress Re-Design and Content Re-Presentation for a Railway Supply Company

I'm looking for a competent WordPress developer and designer who can deliver a professional looking website for a company website we have. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR OFFER! Note that I will not hesitate to cancel the project at any time if none of these requirements goes unfulfilled. The project consists of the following specification: - Redesign current WordPress website at [login to view URL] (up to around 30 pages or a dozen page layouts) and content presentation to be inline with design found on our brochure here [login to view URL] - Old website can be viewed here: [login to view URL] (content only, old design and plugins was lost/reset in a recent malware attack) - Deliver a professionally presented responsive WordPress site that must have consistent look for desktop and mobile devices. - Must use Evolve Plus WordPress template I've purchased at [login to view URL] and able to maximize its slider revolution features in this re-design application. - The developer must be competent to customize source code to customize the look of the template, and also must have a good taste in design and appropriate use of images. Photoshop skill is appreciated but not necessarily required. I use Photoshop as a photographer and I will be available to assist to supply all images needed. - All text and images is provided of which you can copy and paste from the old site to be implemented to the new web design. I will also provide new images as necessary. Site specifics: - For the purpose of redesigning this website, in collaboration with me, you will suggest, expand, restructure and implement the current available web content in the best way possible utilizing features of the Evolve plus WordPress template. You will somehow need to understand the products and present it in a design that is attractive, easy for visitors to read and understand. - Work with me in determining the best general site layouts and design. - Layouts and presentation of each pages of web content. - Web design (desktop and mobile version) must focus on enabling users in finding products easily and presenting it in an attractive ways. - Use of images in slider revolution [login to view URL] - Use of sliders to display product categories on front page and also in menu to enable users to find the products they're interested in. - Use of full page background image or video in a responsive desktop design. - Will have rotating photo galleries and video galleries (presented as thumbnails in slider) - Floating menu. - Fast loading. ++++++ NOTE: ++++++ I require all bidders to be professional enough to understand the scope of work by carefully spending the time reading the project description, review the brochure design, and WordPress template to be used and address your proposal specifically for this particular project that shows that you're the right person for the job. You need to convince me why I should award you, ie. instead giving all portfolio, post only specific links of similar website that you've completed that demonstrate your competency in delivering an attractive web design.
