Urgent Clickbank Redirect

I need this urgently....

Basically right now, people are using my clickbank hoplink (affiliate link) and being directed to my page..so if the affiliate id is abc123...my site loads as

[url removed, login to view]

Based on that abc123 i want to redirect people who reach my site to

[url removed, login to view]

Basically a simple script that reads the header url and redirects based the stuff after ?hop=
