Software that scrapes Amazon Global eligible products

Greetings everyone. To put it simply, we are a drop shipping company looking for a program that can scrape amazon pages and bring back the ones that can be shipped internationally. The price, shipping & import fees, Asin number should be scraped and exported as CSV. More is explained below. We are looking for someone who can make a software/program/script that can do the following: The program will be given a list of ASIN OR Amazon category URL (BrowseNodes). The program will then scrape the ASIN's or Amazon category URL to bring back AmazonGlobal international eligible items (Picture Attached below). Most importantly, the program will also need to scrape the Price, Shipping & Import fees, and the ASIN of the product. It will need to be exportable as a CSV file. The main challenges are speed, should be able to handle the amount of data without getting slow, and should not be detected by Amazon(captcha solvers should do?). I will be able to provide any fees for servers, proxy, IP etc. If the program is given an Amazon Catagory URL, then it should be able to scrape and paginate to the last page.
