We will choose developer who has already experience with Os tickets and has written modules if it. If your message does not contain description of OS Ticket past projects, your bid will be ignored.

We need to create our own plugins (canned answers categories, email message on mouse over, Fwd message, Draft messages and more…)
These plugins will be responsible for handling various features.
Our goal is to avoid altering the Osticket Core so in the future, we can update the core with no significant changes.
We have already tried that with some level of success.
Our approach was to create the plugin normally but with the exception all the code needs to be on the Osticket Core.
All the code should exist in the plugin and only via "Plugin Installation" that should be placed on the right spot inside the core.
In case of uninstalling the plugin, it removes the desired code.
Additionally, in case of some changes need to alter the display of OsTicket we use javascript file that is injected and controls the Dom elements.
Finally, along with installation/uninstallation, we need to turn on/off functionality on our plugins, that will enable or not the ability to see the plugin inside the Osticket. ([login to view URL])
We have created 2 plugins already. One for Archiving old tickets and one for adding a "red flag' to tickets agent consider important.
And have other 15 to be developed.
