Hi Really it is simplier - as I see workflow (but we must discuss and maybe it will change) is a) using Google Form Your customer send You some data b) in Google Form there is an option to put data into Google Sheet - we will use it c) when in Google Sheet appear some data from Google Form my script (using Google Script - probably You dont know about that - but it is internal Google Sheet possibility for developers) will get this data and put it into Google Calendar d) if You need some more automation we must discuss it and Im sure we can do it So to start I need a) take a look at Form You have b) discuss wich fields where must go (create a Google Calendar event i guess - in this case ill need temporary access to Your Google Calendar wich will be filled) c) discuss all additional data Also Ill need 50% milestone after we will discuss all this.
