Magento Theme Customisation - Product Page Layout

The project requires some development work to a Magento custom theme. There are two layout changes needed to be completed to the single product page. Please see attached examples.

1. Move 3rd Party 'Shop by Brand'

This block needs to be moved from add to cart area and inserted into the additional info description area. This tittle/tab 'additional info' needs to be changed to 'manufacture' If any changes are made to the brand extension please code comment modifications and list files edited.

[url removed, login to view] Description; Read more jQuery function

Currently the text data is the same from the short and long description on the sites product page. This duplicate content is hurting the seo ratings of the site.

The 'Overview' tab (short description) needs to be removed. The 'Description' tab (long Description) is now the first and main tab. Because the Description is long is now needs a 'read more' button.

The read more button needs to be powered by jQuery. Please discuss with me if fold/cut off point is set by:

- characters ( would be ideal if html, image & link tags are not included). Or

- based on a tag like 3x </p> or

simply a height dimension.

Use the jQuery library that is already loaded by the theme.

Fooman speedster is installed and normally running. It is currently disabled for this project and will be enabled once completed. Edit /app/etc/modules/[url removed, login to view] (change true/1 or false/0). Save and refresh the Magento cache.

javascript needs to be correctly integrated into the framework so that it is included in the minify / Fooman speedster functions.

No conflicts to be on the page. All files modified/created to also be saved as a [url removed, login to view] with full directory paths as a back up reference.
