Project Summary:
I'm looking for someone to create basic Membership system that allows the website visitor to register for an account and also fill out an online job application that asks various information from the visitor. It should allow them to save their progress and continue at a later time, and also allow them to edit their details at any time.
An example of exactly what we want can be seen at the following site below. Please use the login information below and go through the process to see how that job application functions.

Requirements:
- Allow user to save job application progress and edit at any time via a membership system.
- Some sections such as "Work Experience" on the job application will include an "Add New" button which will bring ad more pre-defined fields for the user to insert more "Work Experience" in this example.
- The eSignature feature in the example site above is basically just a couple of form fields, and does not actually verify the signature, therefore it will be very basic to create.
- The user will be presented with a summary of their job application before submitting it just like in the example site above.
- We also need the progress indicator at the top like in the example site above.
- Forms should be stored in a MySQL database as well as emailed to a specific email address.
- As of now, we may only need the following sections for the job application: "Personal Information", "Work Experience", "Disclosures/eSignature", and "Summary". This may change, so please allow for flexibility.
- Admin section should feature: Password protected, View/ Edit/Delete Job Applications/Users, Allow us to Edit/Add new Form Fields

To clarify, we only need the membership/job application system. We already have a WordPress site where we'll be adding this system to by directly adding the PHP code, or by using an iframe.
We would like this project completed within 5-7 days of project start.

Failed to mentioned that we would like to be able to stylize the form elements via CSS. (font/color)
UPDATE: That current link will direct you to a form that has already been submitted. If that's the case, go to https://schneider.taleo.net/careersection/7/jobsearch.ftl and try applying for any of the other jobs with the same login information so you can see how the form functions. Ignore the Resume Upload and Linked In Upload options. We will not require those.

Try applying for any of those jobs to see how the form functions. Ignore the LinkedIn and Resume upload options, those will not be required.
"Job Posting" functionality is not required. We only want the "Job Application" and "sign in" (membership) options.
