IMEI & Serial Numbers Cellphones Check Server Website Script/CMS

We are looking for an IMEI checking server setup on my VPS, supporting DHRU API (important) and Genie API for various suppliers.

We need to create Account for customers with dashboard: customer credits, history orders, with option of add store credits via PayPal (auto add fund) and via Crypto currencies (manually add fund) for registered users.

Check server should be supporting via API of suppliers auto order processing, auto-responses and automation in general. We have part of it done via Wordpress (open source ones will be preferred) and social integration would be nice.

Last but not least, admin should be able to get services from various DHRU providers, while a supplier panel would be useful.

All in all, we expect 3 backends (admin, supplier, buyer) with a future option for a 4th one (reseller), and security/api integration are top in my priorities list.

Prior DHRU experience or understanding is expected. Developer should build the whole system on an open source cms (ie. Wordpress, etc), with separate modules preferably.

****On main page of our website we have integrated Instant API free checker. Need to show result like show on images and add progress bar. With image of locating for status: OFF. With image of iPhones/iPads for status: ON. Please see screenshots.
