Facebook keywords notifications

I need a local system that will provide me the option to search specific keywords in Facebook group posts and sent notification in real time. The local system need to : -Open as much accounts I would like and for each account will have: *the option to open several “sub-accounts” that each “sub-accounts” will contain: +facebook group url –must be editbale(the purpose is that I can change it after I save it) +The relevant keywords I want to search in this group posts(it can be several keywords) (the purpose is that I can add/remove it after I save it) +Three emails fields where the messages will be send to. +Three phone numbers where the messages will be send to. Not all the 3 emails/3 numbers need to be mandatory , but at least one field of the 6. +Field to write something before the message in the email( for example, Hello…. ) +Field to write something before the message in the phone message( for example, Hello…. ) +And to those messages, to provide the link to the specific post. +I also would like to be able to limit each “sub-accounts” to max notification(phone messages / email ) to be sent, and when it will reach it, the system will not work to this specific “sub-account” until I will increase the number of the max notification. Last point is that I want to be able to get full report on each account and each “sub-account” :how much phone message/email has been sent to specific account - “sub-account” – by date and hour , and the message text. The system need to be in real time – so if someone will post the following post in the group: “Someone know personal trainer?” And in the system – this group will be in the “sub-account” and the keywords to search , will be the word: “trainer” , max 1 min after the post as been published, notification will be sent to the relevant email/phone numbers that I put in the local system. Of course that if the keywords will be :”personal” and “trainer” , only one message will be sent to the email/phone number
