Create a re-sellable Estate Agent WordPess Theme - UK only

We operate a WordPress plugin called PropertyHive which allows estate agents to enter their properties and display them on their site.
The plugin has been available for a few months, and we now want to start offering themes so people can instantly download them and have a site up and running with minimal configuration. At the moment, the only way to integrate it is to try and botch it into an existing theme which is possible, but we want to offer people a starting point.
We need a theme building that we can sell onto people and that has the following features:
- Fully customisable from within WordPress admin (colours, logos etc)
- Has drag and drop page builder with a variety of layouts/components available.
- Can be updated via WP when a new version becomes available
- Supports child themes
- Supports sidebars and widgets
- Supports internationalization
- From a structure point of view, should look like so: [login to view URL] which is an existing site we built and have available to us.
- Responsive
- Integrates with PropertyHive and contains custom PropertyHive components (see below)
- Clean and well documented code
I'm looking for someone in the UK to work alongside with to achieve this. Ideally meeting up in person first to discuss the requirements and flush out the basics, and then being available to talk via Skype etc for the remainder of the days (or we can work in person if that's easier), especially for the part that requires the PropertyHive components being built as I'm sure there will be some code changes required from my end to make that work (adding shortcodes etc).
Once this theme is complete, we will be looking to add more themes in the future so there is the possibility of more work after this. I'm also happy to arrange commission based sales, so you would get a certain % for each sale if that would be of interest to you. and the job is done well.
There is no time constraint on this but for us it's sooner the better. Look forward to hearing your bids. And once again, UK only, unless you're going to fly over here to meet.
