Check what is wrong with hreflang tags in dutch / belgium site

We have a dutch and belgium site (both dutch = nl language) but we want to show .nl for netherlands and .be for belgium. We don't know what is wrong with it, but google webmastertools says we don't have hreflang tags and with hreflang ninja site it says this for dutch nl site: Return tag error (page does not link back) Language-region code has no standalone language code And for belgium site: Language-region code has no standalone language code Can you solve this? So that google webmastertools says it has lang tags? If you know what you're doing please help us in this.
