I can see that you are facing a lot of problem with the spam form data. I have encountered the similar problem with the forms in various websites. There are two main types of form spams: 1. Manual Form Spams 2. Bot Form Spams Well for bot form spams, a simple recaptcha would solve the problem (given the bot is not capable of performing sophisticated attack). And for the manual spams one can use honeypot spam filters. There can be multiple reason for this attack. And to know better, it would be better if you can answer these questions: 1. Is the website made on wordpress? 2. Have you used any third party plugins or scripts on website? 3. Have you opened any ports which should not have been open otherwise?
