Guideline for MVP development
Milestones
1. User login with Google SSO and Search feature with filtering and sorting (DB architecture and server config)
2. Merchant to be able to set up his profile with business details including contact information
3. User to be able to store existing merchant details on his profile and create new merchant details
4. User to be able to send/receive messages to/from his friends through the app, WhatsApp or SMS
5. Merchant to be able to send messages to his customers through the app, WhatsApp or SMS
6. Users and Merchants to be able to receive notifications through the app

Instructions
1. Preferred technology stack
a. Front end: Ionic/Flutter
b. Backend: PHP, MySQL
2. Each milestone is proposed to be completed within 3 – 4 days
3. Meetings:
a. Introductory meeting (prototype review, review and agreement of terms and conditions)
b. Decide on database architecture and required inputs
c. Milestone plan review meeting at the start of each milestone
d. Meeting for testing and quality assurance at the end of each milestone
4. Project planning and source code management tool Gitlab or similar tool must be used
5. Technical support to be provided at least for 6 months
6. The original source code must be shared at the end of each milestone
7. Overall budget not to exceed INR 40k
8. The payment will be made in installments at the end of each milestone
9. Project must be completed within 40 days
a. Expected project start date: 11 August 2020
b. Expected project end date: 19 September 2020
10. App to be published on stores
