All I need from the template are the following:
- Top bar with mail, user picture, email and chat access, notifications
- the todo list,
- recent activity
- quick message
Regarding functionality of the social media site, I require basically what you see on the youtube clip:
- ability to view your own profile
- edit your profile
- view feed
- post a status
- add friends
- view friends list
- compose messages and chat
etc
