Existing website is gotoculebra.com. I will consider a redesign, but do like the general feel of it now. I do require enhancements and updating such as reloading of header pictures, uploading information and work on 4 interactive maps based on Google maps. Advertisers need a link to the map. Website must be made so that it is easily updatable by me (with no knowledge of HTML). Further details can be discussed in PM.
In order for your bid to be considered, do NOT send spam PM's and messages full of information I don't need. You MUST include no more that 5 websites you have designed and either a mockup or written description of what enhancements you would offer me. I am looking for a long term designer who can work with me on several projects.
Project MUST be completed within 14 days of bid being awarded. Successful bidder must be available on a daily basis between 8-11 am EST via Google Chat to discuss project and status.
Payment will be held in escrow. Half will be payable when project is at least half way complete and balance on day site is complete. No money will be forwarded any earlier, so please don't bid if you require a deposit up front.
I will consider bids from people with no or few feedback, but in order for me to consider your bid, it must be at the low end of the budget.

Thanks to everyone bidding -- there are some great bids coming in on this project, which I'm excited about. Please keep in mind as you are considering bidding, that due to budget constraints, I will be the winning bid will be at or below the average bid for this job. I wish I had a larger budget for this, but I don't. The other considerations I will be taking in for choosing the winner is a clearly defined plan for the project as well as length of time to deliver finished product.
