Custom Form populates post wordpress

I currently have a site [url removed, login to view] that needs a few minor css tweaks and a custom form built that hopefully can populate into a post. The following changes that are needed follows:
1. The top solid color bar with the email address and phone number in it needs to be completely removed.
2. A custom form needs to be built with a large number of inputs like property type, number of bed rooms, address, name, suburb, number of bathrooms, upload of images that real-estate agents can fill out from a hidden link. I am hoping that when the agent submits the form it populates into a draft post or if not possible comes to me as an email.
3. other extremely minor tweaks to padding and a few other changes are needed as well.
