IT Team Needed

Need an IT company/team to have content in simple html 3.2 and javascript 1.3 format with text ads and simple header like google on edit plus ([login to view URL]) or Dreamweaver. Ajax with database entry and exit with MySQL or other databases also required. Ultimate affiliate (UI) required to draw affiliates with inline text and text ad advertising. Graphic design team cabable of photoshop, illustrator, fireworks, freehand, flash, is desireble. There will be simple hyperlinks for table of contents on upper left-hand side, top, and footer on bottom. Pages should be written in .shtml format. Most websites will be a wiki with panel of judges determining if applicants can pass online exams and upload content (such as questions for a C13 contractor's exam for fence building in California, with understanding of Bureau of Land Management laws (permission to build or reinforce fencing on public land must be obtained from BLM ranger through one of 24 BLM district offices along Mexican-American border)), definitions of words and examples when used in a sentence to qualify as lexicolgists and syntaxologists, and experts on American football team logos and jerseys and cheerleader uniforms.
