Simple script automation

I need someone to do sort of a petty PHP development project. You see, I have some knowledge of PHP. But because of my busy schedule, I cannot work on the following project.

I need someone to automate my already made PHP script. I don't want to sell it like I have been, distributing it to those to who request it. The script basically is a vote script, seen here :

It works with the game minecraft to give players in game rewards when they vote on the website. Currently I sell it in a package form with a plugin, some tables to be imported into a database, and the PHP scripts. The buyer must then edit these by hand and set them up manually. This is where the problems come in.

You see, most of these players don't know the least bit about mysql and PHP. So I wanted to set up an online store that will automate this process. They will be able to pay the 60 dollar price for the script, then go through the set up process which will ask them for information in a form and then use that information to deploy the script, create the mysql tables, and give them and HTML code (most likely an iframe) to put on their website that will show up as a module. Its a pretty simple project. I could do it myself but time does not allow me. I am not planning to spend over 300 dollars because of the simplicity of this task and the fact that I can help. I will need this system alone and nothing else. No website, no special CSS, nothing. That I can handle on my own. Payments can be done through Paypal. There will be no need for costly SSL certificates for stores etc.
