Setup Wordpress design settings,widgets, and other details

Want someone to go over all settings and details in the dashboard. I am using a geo location theme. Want someone who understands how to organize categories...this is for places and events.  Go thru the many theme settings with knowledge of what the setting do...design settings, payment settings, coupons, custom field settings, notifications, post settings, comments. This theme uses regions, cities and neighborhoods. I have these cities in place but I need to go over the settings for this area like map settings etc..  Visitors and admin can use forms to add listings on to the Wordpress site. So I need to go over the settings that customize these forms...custom fields etc. I need to set up all the widgets that house the site's content... The maps, post listings, comments and feature areas to get the look and feel I want. The sidebar widgets need to be ready for ads, social media buttons, polls, recent activities etc. Want to setup several useful plugins, some plugins I have installed already. The most useful is the Buddypress plugin. I want to get this set up and running perfectly. Add tags where needed throughout the site. Also setup API...software for importing CSV data That is it!  Setting up any and all things in the dashboard of this Geotheme. I don't have the time to get it all done by myself and would like someone to ask me the questions needed for all settings.  Future jobs will include SEO/ marketing Visual design elements, CSS. To get the look I want. Data entering.  Social media...Facebook etc designed.
