I need to create web based software in Zend Framework for registering public contracts. Our customer is company, that organizes those contracts for public sector in agreement with law.
Short description: we need keep files of basic information about contract (for who, winner of contract, list of other contenders, some desctription, upload documents such as agreement, appendixes...,). We need check for contractor and contenders if company is real in public register and fill in some information from it to our application.
Second important part is list of invoices approved and issued interconnected to contract. Documents for app will be provided in pdf format from customers IS and addtional some informations in processable format for future reports (text fields, amount of cost, dates, ...). Communication between IS and application will be one-way. We prepare for you exports from IS in some format (XML in particular format) to import data to application and will define keys for attaching invoices to contracts.
Last part is scheduler. For each contract we need to register some milestones determinationg actions for users e.g. call to Mr. Abc; prepare appendix for agreement; order adversiting... Users can write tasks to scheduler each other.
Data to application will be provided by hand by 2-3 users (operator). In part of invoices will be automatically imported and attached to contract. Other users can only read data and always ask operator to change some data in contract. Only scheduler can be edited and inserted by all users.
Detailed info, required APIs and so on I will add later. I am aware of not detailed description of project. I am still in negotiations with customer, but functionality of project is complete. We need to set reports and some detailed infos for application.
