I developed a website back in 2004 which was fairly successful.
Its 2013 and I was asked to take up this business model again, so I now need a developer.
Its essentially an E-Wallet type system with emphasis on API's as we will be using many sources of acquiring funds into accounts.
Its basically PayPal. So any developer interested, would need to be familiar with payment systems.
The site will need to be built from scratch and be responsive to mobile platforms.
As in 2004, this is pretty much fulltime for the first month, then leads to a support role for the life of the business, so keep that in mind.
I do prefer an single individual and not a company.
The site will also need plugins for most popular CMS systems.
SEO is extremely important, so it needs to be built with SEO in mind.
The site will also list random merchants who use the system and that will need to have schema.org functionality built in for SE indexing.
We do not have a mockup design yet, but simply follow the design principals of current Payment Systems.
I will shortlist and contact ASAP.
I am a developer myself, but I do not have the time to develop the site, so will oversee the building of it.
