Need MMORPG Website

Ok so here is the details. I am a web designer but no programming xhtml/css/php etc.. skills. I am looking to get an EXPERIENCED programmer to code a website for me. The site will be a MMORPG.. so ONLY PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE WITH MMORPG PROGRAMMING WILL BE HIRED!! I will provide the designs, you will make the website work! I need someone who is good with ideas as well, you have to be creative and throw ideas into the game. I want cool effecs with ajax etc on the coding. So lets do this. Once again ONLY PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT MMORPGs are and who have coded them before. Also take in mind that im trying to launch this project ASAP, within a month or so so I want someone who will dedicate their time to this project, not to 10 projects at once! YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE ANYTHING IN PHP/MYSQL etc.., so if i want an image to jump around, you make it jump around :) Thanks
