VB Application

Only for freelancers Following are our requirements. 1. Operating System : Microsoft Windows 2. Language : Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 or Microsoft Visual [login to view URL] 3. Database : Microsft Access Functionalities: 1. Application detects the modem 2. Once detected, proceed to next step else prompt to attach a modem/find modem 3. Modem to use should be Half Duplex. 4. More then one modem(s) will be connected to the computer when this application is running 5. On startup, application shows how many modems are connected to the system and which are in use by this application 6. When incoming call is revieved, CALLER ID is displayed. 7. All the information, like caller ID, Date Time, should be saved in database table. 8. When a call is recieved, the application will play the voice messages using SAPI. 9. Messages will be like PRESS 1 for this action, PRESS 2 for tht action etc. 10. then application will detect which key was pressed by the user from his/her phone and then takes the relevant action as saved in Database. I need this asap using VB 6.0 or VB.NET. TAPI and SAPI should be used. Source Code should be provided to me on completion. I have limited budget for this work and i will select only the lowest bid with good ratings. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, VB 6.0/VB.Net, MS Access, SAPI,TAPI
