Background

This is an addition to our previous gift card project. We need to dynamically generate a PDF document, on the fly, based on the details the gift card sender entered.
Deliverables
------------------------------
1. A script to dynamically generate a PDF file from the specified PSD design, with certain variables being populated in the PDF document.
Brief
------------------------------
Please use Gift Card PDF [url removed, login to view] as a reference.
We have marked the dynamic areas, which need to be populated from variables, in the screenshot.
The information that needs to be populated in the PDF is:
1. Top Logo – an image pulled via a url
2. Gift Card Amount
3. Gift Card Design – an image pulled via a url
4. Recipient Name
5. Sender Name
6. Voucher Code
7. Message (a block area – can span multiple lines)
8. Expiry Date
The script must be written in PHP and muse utilise the TCPDF library, v [url removed, login to view], which will be supplied.
The PDF (placement variables) must allow for UTF-8 characters.
Deadline

We wish to have ALL work completed AND handed over to us by Wed 15th May. We would ideally like to receive work as it is completed so that we can inspect and revert if necessary, and also integrate it with our existing application.
Format

The completed work should be handed over in the form of a PHP script.
